Job Description: We're Hiring: Supply Chain & Technical Operations Executive We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain & Technical Operations Executive to manage machine readiness, inventory, procurement, and logistics for vending machines and POS devices across Pan India locations. The role requires coordination with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth deployment, spare availability, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain, Inventory & Machine Readiness • Receive machine deployment orders from HO & Sales teams • Check machine availability and spares readiness across warehouses • Maintain IN/OUT inventory records and monitor stock levels • Raise replenishment alerts and share inventory status with management Procurement & Vendor Management • Identify vendors, collect quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize POs • Coordinate delivery timelines and payment terms • Track invoices and coordinate payments with Accounts Warehouse & Logistics • Dispatch spares to Pan India warehouses via courier partners • Coordinate timely machine dispatch with warehouse teams • Manage loading/unloading through Mathadi labor where applicable • Ensure safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance Billing & Documentation • Validate monthly billing of POS devices, SIMs, and courier services • Maintain accurate records of POs, invoices, and delivery chalans • Ensure correct billing and documentation for POS devices and spares Reporting & Continuous Improvement • Share monthly reports on machine readiness and dispatch status • Provide regular internal updates • Identify cost optimization and supply chain efficiency opportunities • Support new hardware integration and vending machine rollouts • Optimize spare parts usage and packing material costs Technical Exposure • Hands-on exposure to vending machines or similar electro-mechanical systems • Understanding of basic Electronics Components • Knowledge of POS devices, SIM connectivity, and basic troubleshooting will be a Plus Point • Ability to read technical manuals and understand spare compatibility Required Skills • Procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations • Vendor negotiation and coordination • Technical aptitude (preferred) • Strong Excel and documentation skills • Logistics and billing validation • Excellent follow-up and communication skills Preferred Candidate: • Candidates residing in Vasai or nearby areas • Experience in supply chain, hardware, or technical operations preferred • Immediate joiners are a plus Interested candidates may apply or share their profiles via DM/email : Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: • Health insurance • Provident Fund Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
