Supply Chain & Vendor Sourcing Lead

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain & Vendor Sourcing Lead (Hardgoods | Ceramics Preferred) based in New Delhi. The role entails managing and optimizing the supply chain processes, sourcing vendors with a focus on hardgoods and ceramics, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing efficient operations management. The candidate will regularly liaise with suppliers, analyze data to streamline procurement, and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining product quality. What You'll Do • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors (domestic + international) • Build a reliable vendor network across ceramics, packaging, decals, and allied categories • Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms • Improve cost structures without compromising quality • Coordinate production timelines and ensure OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) deliveries • Work closely with design and sales teams to plan new product development • Reduce stock-outs and improve inventory planning cycles • Develop alternate vendor strategies to de-risk supply chain • Create SOPs for vendor onboarding and procurement processes • Conduct factory visits and quality audits where required Who we are looking for • 2–5 years of experience in hardgoods procurement / sourcing / supply chain • Experience in ceramics, homeware, tableware, kitchenware, or related categories is a strong plus • Strong vendor negotiation and cost-optimization skills • Comfortable working with manufacturers and factory owners • Understanding of production cycles, lead times, and capacity planning • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through • Comfortable working in a fast-growing brand environment (not a corporate setup).
