About the job

Job Summary We are seeking a candidate who will be responsible for the supply planning for FTO 7&9. The candidate has to be proficient in material and finished goods planning to meet business requirement viz-a-viz plan optimal inventory. This role would also curtail cross function collaboration with manufacturing team, quality, regulatory, IPDO, finance, demand planning, Logistics etc. in ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. Roles & Responsibilities • Develop and maintain rolling supply plan for 3 months horizon based on demand forecast and inventory norms. • Ensure timely Material Requirement Planning (MRP) evaluation as per supply plan and coordinate with sourcing to ensure full-kitting (with released stocks) by month end for next month’s production. • Collaborate with plants, sourcing, quality, regulatory, logistics and demand planning team to ensure seamless supply continuity. • Monitor and report key Supply chain KPIs including Full-kitting, SS Norms, OTIF, TSL, Stock to Norm (STN), No-touch planning & Inventory etc. • Identify and pro-actively mitigate supply risks through scenario planning, CFT alignment and timely escalation of supply constraints/concerns. • Inventory management includes monthly evaluation of non-moving or near expiry inventory to ensure timely liquidation to avoid obsolescence. Work with the team to ensure timely destruction for expired/obsolete inventory. • Lead monthly S&OP discussion with plant on key KPIs, critical products as well as future concerns. • Master and Transactional data management in Kinaxis & SAP for Supply Planning. • Updating schedules received from plant in Kx for LE estimations and S&OP meetings. • Driving change management by following up with all stake holders. Back-end coordination with planning /Sourcing : • Clearly communicate market requirements to plants, understand production plan and ensure optimum stocks to service all expected orders. • Understand technical challenges of product manufacturability (if any) and participate in resolving issues and ensure supplies. Data Hygiene : • Master data correction and coordinate with central planning for accurate generation in Kinaxis plan and FG movements in SAP. • Master data correction for RM/PM/API for accurate calculation of material. Product life cycle management: • Understand mega brands current trend, position in the market, line extensions and requirements flow to back end and coordinate with CFTs for timely implementation. • Close coordination with PD/RA on artwork change overs and providing implementation timelines basis production plan. • Approval of change controls, BOM in lotus and material extension in MDG. • Keep track of SEP license Qty’s and close co-ordination with plant team for ensuring new licenses if required. Special Projects: • Implementation & adoption of Kinaxis for Injectables. Qualifications Educational Qualification MBA preferably from Tier-1 / 2 B schools Minimum Work Experience Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience. Mandatory Skills: • Planning Know-how - ERP (Kinaxis), MS Office, SAP R/3 (MM, PP&SD) & understanding of Supply Chain concepts. Behavioural Skills: • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including Quality Assurance (QA), QC, Engineering, Development, and Production, demonstrating effective communication and adaptability. • Effective interpersonal skills such as communication, empathy, and harmonious collaboration with team members, contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
