• We are hiring for the role of SVP/ VP/ AVP/ Relationship Manager/ Private Bankers- Wealth Management. • The incumbent will be responsible for managing and growing high-value client relationships while delivering customized financial solutions. • The candidate will work closely with HNI/UHNI clients, corporate clients, and institutional investors to understand financial goals and provide suitable ... investment strategies. • The role requires deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, wealth management strategies, and regulatory frameworks. • Key responsibilities include client acquisition through networking, referrals, and market leads; conducting financial need analysis and risk profiling; providing advisory services across equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, insurance, and structured products; and ensuring consistent client engagement through portfolio review meetings and market updates. • The candidate will collaborate with internal research, product, compliance, and operations teams for seamless client servicing and transaction execution. • The role also involves achieving assigned revenue targets, AUM growth targets, and cross-selling investment and protection products. • Candidates must ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, KYC norms, and internal audit standards. • Maintaining high client satisfaction, retention, and relationship depth is critical for success in this role. • Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills along with strong analytical thinking and financial acumen. • Prior experience in wealth management, private banking, stock broking, or financial advisory is preferred. • Certifications such as NISM, AMFI, or IRDA will be an added advantage. • The ideal candidate should demonstrate integrity, client-first approach, and strong business ownership mindset in handling sensitive financial information and managing high-value portfolios.
