The Pinkvilla team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive. Managing the hiring initiatives on the various platforms, providing administrative support, assisting with the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: • Talent Sourcing : • Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and referrals. • Utilize social media platforms and headhunting techniques to attract top talent. • Perform cold calling to reach potential candidates. • Recruitment Operations : • Create and update job descriptions tailored to specific roles. • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit. • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth scheduling process. • Follow up on interview processes and update stakeholders on the status. • Employee Lifecycle Management : • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Skills and Qualifications: • A minimum of 5+ years experience in an HR recruiter role, preferably in the Media / Digital industries. • Proven expertise in recruitment processes, including sourcing, headhunting, and candidate evaluation. • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and job boards for recruitment purposes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
