Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent and Development Manager to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, demonstrating strong leadership skills and strategic thinking. The Talent and Development Manager will play a vital role in shaping the organization’s culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving business performance through effective Recruitment and learning and development initiatives. Specifically, the Talent and Development Manager will: Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning • Partner with business leaders to develop workforce planning strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives. • Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, functional, and leadership roles globally. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and market mapping. • Enhance employer branding initiatives to position ALIANDO as an employer of choice. • Implement structured hiring frameworks, competency-based interviews, and standardized evaluation processes. Learning & Development and Talent Management • Design and implement organizational learning and development strategies that support business objectives and employee growth. • Develop succession planning frameworks and leadership development programs for critical roles. • Establish structured career paths and internal mobility frameworks across departments. • Integrate performance management processes with individual development planning. • Guide managers in conducting effective performance conversations, feedback discussions, and development sessions. • Identify organizational capability gaps using performance insights and recommend targeted development initiatives. • Coach emerging leaders and people managers on engagement, performance, and team development practices. • Support organizational change initiatives and leadership capability building. Employee Experience & Engagement • Strengthen employee engagement through structured onboarding experiences, development check-ins, and retention initiatives. • Conduct 30-60-90-day employee reviews and ongoing experience assessments. • Partner with leadership to promote a high-performance, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture. Learning Systems, Compliance & Reporting • Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) governance, learning journeys, and certification tracking. • Ensure alignment with Microsoft Partner Center certification and compliance requirements. • Maintain accurate employee records, talent analytics, and HR documentation. • Provide leadership reporting and dashboards on recruitment, development, and talent metrics. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, basic analysis) and PowerPoint (training decks, stakeholder presentations); hands-on experience with Canva for designing learning and engagement materials.
