Talent and Operations Intern Duration: 6 months Location: On-Site (Kothrud, Pune) Openings: 1 Stipend: Paid About the Role The Talent & Operations Intern supports recruitment, vendor sourcing, onboarding, and workforce planning across the company. You’ll work closely with business, design, and engineering teams to ensure we have the right resources — in-house or freelance — available for ongoing and upcoming projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment for In-House Roles • Draft job descriptions based on team and project requirements • Post openings, manage applications, and conduct screening calls • Coordinate interviews and maintain talent pipelines 2. Freelancer, Vendor & Agency Sourcing • Identify and evaluate freelancers, studios, and agencies • Review portfolios, verify experience, and assess suitability • Coordinate availability, timelines, and commercial discussions 3. Bandwidth & Resource Planning • Join daily business planning meetings • Track internal and external bandwidth • Support the sales and project teams by keeping talent “resource-ready” for upcoming work 4. Onboarding & People Operations Support • Support onboarding for new hires, freelancers, and vendors • Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and records • Assist with basic compliance research and internal processes
