Job Summary: Reporting to the India Talent Leader, the Talent Policy Manager 1, will support the Talent organization by defining, developing, and maintaining employment policies, procedures, knowledge documents, and How to guides. They will also advise and collaborate on talent process creation, modification, and maintenance for continuous improvements to ensure compliance with global employment law. Job Responsibility: • Define, develop, and maintain employment policies, and procedures through collaborative conversations with business leaders, talent risk & relations, legal counsel, and risk management to leverage all perspectives and ensure the needs of the business are being met. • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure consistent application of compliance policies and proactively identify legal and regulatory risks. • Support the implementation of strategies to mitigate compliance risks associated with RSM processes and procedures. • Draft, modify, edit, and update knowledge documents, FAQs, how-to guides, processes, and procedures to ensure clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for RSM, in alignment with best practices established by the Talent Knowledge Management team. • Advise and collaborate on talent process creation, modification, and maintenance for continuous improvements to ensure compliance of process, procedures, and standards with global employment law by defined global protocols and policies for talent team members in all RSM global locations on risk compliance, policy creation, implementation, and interpretation. • Develop progressive and proactive processes and procedures to provide consistency and equity to enable employees to focus their efforts on achieving the highest possible personal and corporate success. • Maintain strong interdependent partnerships with all Talent COEs and lines of business in order to understand and minimize risks associated with our services. • Stay current on industry trends, employment laws, and HR best practices to inform policy development and risk mitigation strategies. • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Talent function and the business.
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience
- MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
