Essential Responsibilities: • Perform exploratory and advanced data analysis to address business questions. • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders. • Apply statistical and analytical methods to identify opportunities or risks. • Translate business requirements into data solutions and insights. • Partner with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. Required Qualifications: • Must be able to handle sensitive, private information appropriately. • Experience in supporting customers via email or chat and using a ticket or IT service management system for tracking support cases. • Outstanding follow through, strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and exceptional customer focus. • Effective time management including ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize. • Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness. • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is preferred.
