The Team Lead Manager will oversee daily team operations, mentor team members, and ensure key performance indicators are met. Responsibilities include setting work schedules, facilitating team collaboration, monitoring progress toward goals, and resolving any challenges faced by team members. The Team Lead Manager will also contribute to strategic planning and liaise between the team and upper management to ensure effective communication. Qualifications • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills • Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in strategic planning and performance evaluation • Proficiency in using project management tools and software • Proven ability to resolve conflicts and foster teamwork • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred • Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is highly desirable.
