Urgent Leadership Requirement for a Real Estate Giant – NAGPUR Location: Nagpur Job Title: Team Lead Sales – Sourcing or Closing (AGM / DGM Level) CTC Budget: Up to ₹25 LPA (Inclusive of 15% Annual Variable Pay) + Performance-Based Incentives Shift: Day Shift – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday will be working; Rostered Week Off on a Weekday) Summary: The key task of the role is to lead a team of Channel Sourcing Managers and drive business through various activities across the sales spectrum. Experience & Eligibility: • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate • Minimum 6 years of core ground field sales experience • Real estate exposure is mandatory • Candidates only from Developer or Reputed Mandate Firms • Minimum 2 years of documented team handling experience • At least 2 stable stints of minimum 2 years each • Core sales background only • No frequent job hoppers • Strong moral and professional ethics • Adaptive to rapidly changing environments • Minimum 2 to 3 years of team management experience • Proven track record of delivering impactful results • Experience from Tier 1 Real Estate Companies preferred • Excellent communication skills Qualifications: • PGDM / MBA (Preferred) • Relevant sales and leadership experience Competencies: • Confident and articulate individual with a pleasant personality • Strong understanding of consumer behavior • High passion for sales and leadership • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Job Description: • Plan and implement sales promotion activities • Lead negotiations and close deals successfully • Deliver a superior customer experience • Maximize revenue from performing partners and improve non-performing partners • Manage client and channel relationships • Build strong networks for consistent leads and repeat business • Monitor market trends and gather market intelligence Roles and Responsibilities: • Mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve targets • Drive channel partners to meet sales goals • Ensure smooth onboarding, training, certification, and commission disbursal • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and promotional strategies • Manage sales planning, forecasting, and customer service • Design innovative selling and promotional schemes • Track competitor activities and benchmark offerings • Identify new business opportunities and implement growth plans • Achieve topline targets as per business plans • Evaluate and categorize channel partners • Oversee internal sales operations and processes • Analyze sales trends and implement targeted selling techniques Salary Discussion: • Salary will be finalized based on designation and last drawn CTC Preference: • Immediate Joiners Only
