Spectral Consultants is hiring for Team Lead (SQL, Python, ETL) for Hyderabad. 🔧 What You’ll Do • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Mentor and guide team members on technical and best-practice aspects • Work closely with client stakeholders using excellent oral, written, and presentation skills • Troubleshoot and resolve complex client-reported incidents within defined SLAs 🧠 What You’ll Bring Primary Skills: • Professional IT experience, preferably working with operations teams • Strong experience in ETL and Data Warehousing • Proven experience of coaching/mentoring 5-6 team members • Expert-level SQL programming and experience with database tools.
