This position involves managing 30-40 suppliers and 4-5 team members, with responsibilities including material procurement, inventory control, and supplier negotiations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage team performance and provide regular training to enhance knowledge. • Ensure timely delivery of materials from suppliers as per organizational requirements. • Maintain inventory levels aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with overseas suppliers. Additionally, experience in working with ERP tools such as Oracle is preferred.
