About the job

The Team Leader – Inside Sales – Champion Partner’s responsibilities include supporting sales, coordinating sales activities, maintaining good customer relationships, order satisfaction, coordinating with other company departments, motivating customers to achieve targets, handling administrative duties and promoting customer satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities • Lead, Coach and support the Champion Partner team for all activities. • Coordinating with the field sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to Field Sales Team. • Program lead for the Champion Partner Incentive program and qualification process for new and existing partners. • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material for partners and sales team. • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports for monthly analysis by distributor/RSM/ASM/BDM/BDE by product. • Responsible for the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness, maintain SOP and Turnaround timelines. • Achieving Sales revenue collections as per target month on month. • Inform Channel of unforeseen delays or problems thru proper channels. • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements for team members. • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events. • Ensure adherence to laws and policies of Champion. • Fulfillment of direct instructions of the management. Candidate Desirables: • Typically, 10+ years hands-on experience in Industrial (B2B) sales/ Business development with a Manufacturing Company. • At least 3+ HO /Inside Sales Experience in Marketing /Channel Sales Backoffice along with earlier years’ experience in sales of welding products, industrial Lubricants, Industrial Tools, Industrial valves, pumps, hoses. • Technical Qualified degree preferably with a Mechanical/Electrical/ Metallurgy /Production engineering from a premier engineering college. • Impressive personality with good written and oral communication skills. • Fluent in local language (preferable Gujarati) and English. • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills with Distributors. • A willingness to travel when needed as per business/Market needs.
