Company Detail Mann Insurance (TVM Group) Role Description This is a full-time role for a Team Leader Marketing located on-site in All Over Gujarat. The Team Leader Marketing will oversee and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring effective execution of marketing strategies. Responsibilities include providing guidance and direction to the team, developing marketing plans, leading sales initiatives, and fostering strong communication within and outside the team. The role requires maintaining alignment with organizational goals and driving team performance to achieve targets. Qualifications • Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to oversee and guide a marketing team effectively • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and clients • Proven experience and skills in Sales and Marketing to develop and execute strategies and achieve business objectives • Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment and adaptability to a dynamic work setting • Prior experience in a leadership role is an advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
