Field Action:Drive daily field activities, client meetings, and high-value closures. Coaching:Train, mentor, and motivate your team to exceed monthly targets. IDEAL CANDIDATE Experience:1–3 years in Field Sales, Tele-sales, or Agency Sales. Leadership:Prior experience handling a team is a plus. Communication:Fluency in Tamil + basic English. Mindset:A closer’s instinct with a target-oriented approach.
