Team Leader – Sales

Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader – Sales who can lead a team of Sales Executives, drive daily conversions, ensure high-quality customer interactions, and achieve monthly revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, with hands-on experience in holiday package sales. Key Responsibilities 👥 Team Management • Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 5–10 Sales Executives. • Conduct daily briefings, assign targets, and track team performance. • Train the team on product knowledge, sales pitch, CRM usage, and closing techniques. • Handle escalated customer queries and ensure resolution. 📈 Sales & Revenue Ownership • Achieve monthly team sales targets for holiday packages, hotels, ferry tickets, and add-ons. • Support executives in closing high-value leads. • Maintain conversion ratios and follow-ups as per company standards. 📞 Lead Monitoring & Process Adherence • Ensure all leads from website, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and call-ins are attended promptly. • Monitor that follow-ups, quotations, and itineraries are shared on time. • Regularly review sales pipelines and ensure no lead is missed. 📊 Reporting & Performance • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. • Analyse team performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans. • Share feedback with management on customer behaviour and market trends. 🤝 Customer Relationship • Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients. • Ensure sales team provides accurate information related to packages, hotels, and policies. • Improve customer satisfaction and reduce customer complaints. 🔹 Skills & Requirements • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in sales (travel industry preferred). • At least 1–2 years of proven team-handling experience. • Strong communication & leadership skills. • Excellent negotiation and closing ability. • Proficient in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, email writing, and Excel. • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. • Knowledge of Andaman and Kerala Destinations is an added advantage. 🔹 Benefits • Attractive incentives on team performance. • Fast-track growth opportunities. • Training support from company. • Positive work culture and recognition rewards.
