We’re Hiring: Team Leader – Sales (Bengaluru) Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru Compensation Structure • Fixed CTC: ₹7,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum • Performance Variable: Directly linked to team closures, productivity, and target achievement Important: For consistent high performers, the performance variable can significantly enhance total earnings, and during strong performance cycles, overall annual income can exceed the fixed CTC.
