We are seeking a high-performing and motivated Team Leader – Sales with proven experience in a sales leadership role. The ideal candidate is energetic, sharp, and an effective communicator who inspires teams, sets strong examples, and consistently delivers on revenue goals. Key Roles & Responsibilities • Supervise, guide, and energize a team of sales executives to meet and exceed individual and collective targets • Design and execute sales plans that support sustained business growth • Track daily sales operations, productivity, conversions, and key performance indicators • Lead regular team discussions, one-on-one coaching, and structured performance evaluations • Upskill team members through training on products, selling methodologies, and customer interaction best practices • Manage and resolve escalated client issues to ensure a superior customer experience • Work closely with senior management to ensure sales initiatives align with overall business goals • Compile, analyze, and share sales MIS, forecasts, and performance updates with leadership • Build a motivated, accountable, and high-performance sales environment Skills & Competencies • Demonstrated experience in sales leadership or sales management • Strong spoken and written communication capabilities • Excellent people management, coaching, and team-building skills • Self-driven, enthusiastic, and results-focused attitude • Strong influencing, negotiation, and deal-closure abilities • Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment • Analytical thinking with a solution-oriented approach Qualifications & Experience • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role • Prior exposure to B2B sales will be considered an advantage Work Location: Thane Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (2 Saturdays are half days) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: • Paid sick time • Paid time off • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
