Job Title: Team Member- PMO (Project Manager) Company: Seamex (HR Shared Service) – Aditya Birla Group Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai Work Model: Work from Office (Mon–Fri) Experience: 6–10 years CTC Budget: ₹10–12 LPA Joining: Immediate to 30 days preferred Role Summary: We are looking for a result-oriented Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of multiple high-impact initiatives across business, technology, and transformation programs. The role requires strong execution rigor, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery & Execution • Lead multiple projects from initiation to closure within defined scope, timelines, and budgets. • Define project charters, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics. • Drive execution excellence with proactive risk identification and mitigation. Stakeholder Management • Act as a single point of contact for business, technology, and cross-functional teams. • Manage senior stakeholders, drive alignment, and enable timely decision-making. • Ensure clear, concise, and data-driven project communication. Governance, Risk & Compliance • Maintain project governance through dashboards, RAID logs, and status reports. • Identify risks/issues and drive structured resolution mechanisms. • Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards. Resource & Performance Management • Plan and optimize resource allocation across projects. • Track project KPIs and drive continuous improvement in delivery effectiveness. Experience & Qualifications: • B.Tech/B.E & MBA (Good to have) • 6–8 years of experience in managing end-to-end projects in mid/large organizations. • Proven experience in handling multiple concurrent projects. • Strong exposure to Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. • Experience in stakeholder management, governance, and risk management. • Exposure to Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, or enterprise-wide programs (HR projects as an added advantage). • PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM (certified or in progress). Technical & Tools: • Hands-on experience with tools such as MS Project, Excel (Mandatory), Jira, Asana. • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) (Non-negotiable). • Ability to manage project plans, dashboards, and executive reporting. Behavioral Competencies: • Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability. • Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder influencing skills. • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Preferred Profile: • Candidates from Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane & Adjoining Areas. • Experience working with cross-functional or global teams. Important Note: This role requires hands-on project management experience with end-to-end ownership. Profiles primarily from Data Analyst / Business Analyst roles without independent project delivery experience will not be considered.
