Role Context As a Team / Tech Lead , you are first and foremost a senior hands-on engineer who leads by building. This role is intentionally code-heavy. What You'll Own • Design and implement core FLX ONE Cargo services and APIs using modern enterprise stacks. • Lead by example through high-quality code. • Ensure features are built following modular design principles. • Mentor engineers by pairing, reviewing code, and sharing context. What You Must Bring • 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience. • Strong proficiency in modern backend or full-stack development. Nice to Have • Experience in airline, cargo, logistics, or other integration-heavy domains.
