About the Role We are looking for a Tech Lead – AI/ML & GenAI to drive the development of core platform capabilities. This is a hands-on leadership role involving LLM-based systems, AI-powered search, workflow automation, and full-stack platform development. Key Responsibilities • Design and build AI/ML & GenAI-driven core platform features • Develop LLM-based applications using LangChain, RAG, embeddings • Build and optimize AI-powered search & workflow automation • Design scalable microservices & APIs • Lead full-stack development (backend + frontend) • Deploy and monitor AI systems using Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps • Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices Must-Have Skills • Strong experience in AI/ML & Generative AI • Hands-on with LLMs, NLP, RAG architectures • Experience with LangChain, Haystack, LangGraph • Vector databases: Pinecone, Milvus, Neo4j • Backend: Python / Java / Node.js / Spring Boot • Frontend: React.js / Angular / TypeScript • Microservices, APIs, event-driven systems • DevOps & MLOps: CI/CD, Kubernetes, OpenShift • AI-powered search & semantic understanding
