If you want to build something meaningful, visible, and used from Day 1 — this is it. ⸻⭐ WHAT YOU WILL OWN (END‑TO‑END) ✔ Architecture • Design and implement a clean, scalable, redundant system • Choose the right patterns, structure, and boundaries • Make decisions that will influence the SaaS version ✔ Backend Core You will be the brain behind: • Loan Engine (LL/MTL/STL) • EMI Calculator + Schedules • Skip EMI Logic • Top‑Up Logic • Surety Rules • Ledger Posting Framework • FD Engine (Member + External) • Monthly Subscription Engine • Recovery Sheet Logic • Year‑End Closing Logic ✔ Database • Schema design • Transactions • Constraints • Data integrity • Performance tuning ✔ DevOps / Infrastructure • CI/CD • Load balancing • Zero‑downtime deployments • Backup strategy • Security and access control ✔ Code Quality • Build standards • Enforce best practices • Code reviews • Technical documentation ✔ Team Leadership • Guide the backend + frontend dev • Break tasks, plan sprints • Provide clarity, unblock team • Ensure delivery speed + stability If you’ve ever wanted to own a product technically — this is that role. ⸻⭐ WHAT YOU MUST BE GREAT AT 🔸 System Design You must be able to design systems that survive: • Real traffic • Real logic complexity • Real financial accuracy • Real deadlines 🔸 Strong Backend Fundamentals You must know: • Node.js / Go • SQL (transactions, locking, indexing) • REST • Auth systems • Error handling • PDF generation • Logging & monitoring 🔸 Mathematical Accuracy You will be building EMI, interest and ledger systems. Precision is non‑negotiable. Every paisa matters. 🔸 Speed + Quality You must be fast, but never sloppy. You know when to optimize…and when to ship. 🔸 Ownership This is not a “task‑taker” job. This is a founding engineer role disguised as a contract.
