Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager Experience: 7–12 years Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Office) Role Overview: We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to drive delivery excellence and ensure successful execution of technology projects across multiple domains. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery, ensuring high client satisfaction, and delivering measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, cross-functional technical teams, and leadership to scale delivery capabilities, optimize processes, and build long-term partnerships. Required Skills & Experience: • 7–12 years of experience in software delivery, project management, or technical program management roles • Proven experience managing client-facing IT projects in services or consulting environments • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, and modern application development practices • Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) • Exposure to technologies such as APIs, microservices, databases, and modern application frameworks • Familiarity with data platforms, analytics, or AI concepts is a plus but not mandatory • Experience managing multiple projects or delivery streams simultaneously • Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models Technical & Delivery Leadership: • Provide technical oversight and delivery governance across multiple projects and technology stacks • Review and guide solution architectures to ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability • Establish and enforce best practices for development, testing, deployment, and release management • Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to drive innovation and technical excellence • Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints • Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively People & Capability Leadership: • Build, mentor, and manage high-performing cross-functional delivery teams • Drive performance management, coaching, and career development initiatives • Support hiring and onboarding to strengthen delivery capabilities • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Ensure alignment between team capabilities, client expectations, and business goals Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end project delivery from planning to execution and closure • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders • Monitor project progress, KPIs, and delivery metrics • Ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies
