Your role purpose The job purpose entails actively identifying and resolving operational challenges, collaborating closely with the ... Global Tech Solutions Team and the Chief Product Officer to investigate and address customer concerns comprehensively. Additionally, it might involve managing communication channels with customers with the Commercial team alignment, ensuring timely reporting, and contributing to the establishment of efficient workflows to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize operational efficiency. Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operational Excellence & Problem Solving • Identify operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results. • Investigate complaints and suggestions by collaborating and obtaining all the information from the customer; interview process supervisors and operators to gather full details for completing troubleshooting procedures. • Continuously identify and initiate activities to structurally improve the effectiveness of Recover Fiber adoption and overall customer satisfaction. Customer Management & Communication • Be responsible for all upstream information and communication, managing all customer‑related info and reporting to the Chief Product Officer. • Maintain permanent communication with customers to provide support and compile all their needs and complaints. • Elaborate a daily report for all customer statuses under development or in production stages, ensuring it is updated daily. Workflow Coordination & Cross‑Functional Collaboration • In coordination with the Chief Product Officer, establish workflow and set work priorities for different customers. • Participate in Tech Solution meetings with customers, Tech Solution staff, Product Innovation, Sustainability, or Sales team members. • Under the coordination of the Chief Product Officer, collaborate with the Quality Department to compile required information for any quality complaint report or provide support to any Tech Solution or Commercial staff as needed. Technical Development & R&D Support • Participate in the R&D department activities if needed, contributing to product development and innovation efforts. • Support the R&D and Quality teams by providing technical insights based on customer issues, system performance, and operational feedback. Competencies required • Strong technical knowledge on fibers and yarns and basic knowledge on fabrics • Wide knowledge about textile processing and machinery and specially yarn spinning (Ring Spinning systems, Open-end spinning systems and air-jet spinning systems) for 100% cotton, synthetics and blends yarn spinning. • Basic knowledge about Fabric preparation, dyeing and finishing processes and machinery. • Identify defects on yarns and fabrics and ensure adherence to quality standards • Excellent organization, communication and reporting skills with attention to details. • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. • Solid understanding of the importance of integrity and ethics in engineering practice and in life. • Knowledge of and background in Quality Management System (e.G.: ISO 9001) applied to job position’s task and responsibilities. Work Experience • Minimum 12 years of experience in a textile manufacturing, knitters, weavers, spinners or mills in a technical role or textile material/Quality/Production department at any fashion brand • Experience working with international costumers and brands
