Location: Visakhapatnam (Work from Office) Title: Technical Lead Experience: 7+ Years We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong Frontend expertise who can drive the development of our next-generation, AI-powered luxury ecommerce platform. This role requires hands-on technical leadership along with ownership of Agile project management processes including sprint planning, Scrum calls, and JIRA management. You will work closely with Design, AI/ML, Product, and QA teams to deliver visually stunning, high-performance, and scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: • Architect and develop responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript • Integrate Three.js/WebGL for 3D product visualization and interactive experiences • Build scalable, reusable UI components and design systems • Optimize performance across devices and browsers • Connect frontend applications with cloud APIs, AI services, and analytics platforms • Write clean, maintainable code and mentor junior developers Project & Agile Management: • Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery • Identify risks, blockers, and implement mitigation strategies • Translate business requirements into technical specifications • Maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and process flows • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams Requirements: • 7+ years of frontend development experience with leadership exposure • Strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux/Context • Hands-on experience with Three.js/WebGL and 3D rendering • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience managing projects using JIRA, Trello, or similar tools • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Experience with headless CMS or ecommerce platforms is a plus If this role aligns with your experience and career goals, please send your updated resume to careers@onliestwold.com with the subject: Technical Lead – Frontend Application.
