Technical Lead - Frontend Engineering The primary role of the Principal Frontend Engineer is to spearhead the development of high-quality, low-latency web applications. This position involves leading a team of engineers and managing multiple projects to ensure successful delivery. Develop and refine our frontend architecture and component strategy to meet business objectives. Manage a team of frontend engineers to deliver complex React/Next.js applications. Create detailed architecture documents, design specifications, and implementation plans for executive review. Align technology roadmaps with Data, Machine Learning, and API teams to foster collaboration and achieve business goals. Establish best practices for CI/CD, testing, observability, and release automation within the frontend engineering team. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for velocity, user experience, and developer productivity.
