Highlights • Position Title : Technical Operations Director • Exp: 3-5 years • Job Location: Nava vadaj, Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities • Client Project Execution & Delivery • Own end-to-end technical execution for client projects across: • Websites • Funnels • Automation setups • AI-driven implementations • Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions • Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and performance optimisation for all client projects • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide reliable solutions • Development Team Leadership • Lead and manage the complete development department • Review code, architecture, and implementation quality • Set technical standards, best practices, and workflows • Mentor developers and ensure continuous skill improvement • Act as the final technical decision-maker on projects • AI, Automation & No-Code Solutions • Actively work with AI tools and automation platforms to improve development efficiency • Build and deploy solutions using: • AI-powered tools • No-code / low-code platforms • Automation frameworks • Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and identify practical use cases for client projects • Execute AI-based features and workflows where relevant (not just theoretical knowledge) • CMS & Website Development • Lead development across multiple platforms, including: • WordPress • Shopify • Other modern CMS platforms • Customise themes, plugins, and integrations as per project requirements • Ensure websites are optimised for performance, SEO, and scalability • Handle complex customisations and third-party integrations • Architecture & Technology Decisions • Select appropriate tools, frameworks, and platforms for each project • Balance speed, scalability, and long-term maintainability • Ensure security, performance, and best engineering practices • Take ownership of technical roadmaps for the development department • Cross-Team Collaboration • Work closely with marketing, ads, SEO, and strategy teams • Support technical requirements for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and Amazon-focused projects • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals Technical Skills Required Skills & Experience • Strong experience leading development teams • Hands-on expertise with: • WordPress & Shopify development • Modern CMS platforms • Website architecture & performance optimisation • Solid understanding of: • AI tools and AI-assisted development • Automation and workflow tools • No-code / low-code platforms • Ability to both build and review complex technical implementations Experience • 5+ years of experience in development roles • Prior experience as a Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or similar role • Experience working on client-facing projects (agency or service-based experience preferred) • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Mindset & Soft Skills • Strong ownership and accountability • Fast learner with a deep interest in new technologies • Problem-solver with a systems-thinking mindset • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have • Experience with AI-powered website builders and modern design-to-development tools • Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., CRM or marketing automation tools) • Exposure to performance marketing tech stacks • Experience scaling development teams or processes.
