Technical Product Manager(Business Analyst) We're seeking a Senior Lead who can manage the PMO team for PL Card vertical. The role involves managing and building the PL Card product platform. This requires working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment, identifying initiatives to increase digital acquisition. Strong empowerment and self-drive are musts. Create the platform for PL Card acquisition & card management Design customer journeys for PL card onboarding as well as conversion to PL System design & requirements specifications based on product proposition Identify new capabilities which can be integrated viz E KYC AA EPFO E mandate etc Monitoring of Tech Ops KPIs Monitor growth opportunities Leverage capabilities Develop features Enhance customer acquisition usage Work proactively with IT Operations Credit Risk Stakeholders Resolve issues Deliver differentiation thru technology adoption Qualifications: Masters degree Premier Institute At least 3 yrs experience Fintech Understand financial products technology platforms Ability use agile lean practices Exceptionally high motivational levels Strong Problem solving influence peers communication presentation skills
