Technical Product Manager/Director Level Engineering Manager

You will be working very closely with the CEO and Product teams to co-build and deliver a world-class product out of Asia. Your responsibilities will include owning and driving product requirements for technically complex features or platforms, translating business and user needs into clear technical specifications and user stories, collaborating with engineering to scope solutions, defining trade-offs, and prioritizing roadmap items. Additionally, you will act as the bridge between Product, Engineering, and Design, ensuring feasibility, quality, and speed. You will lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination, validate delivered features meet user needs and technical quality, champion internal tools, APIs, infrastructure, or cross-cutting product components, help triage bugs, edge cases, and system behavior with a technical lens, and use data and customer feedback to refine the product and inform decisions. You will work with the Head of Engineering to design and architect a world-class, reliable, high-performant technology platform. Additionally, working with internal and external organizations/stakeholders to ensure security, compliance, etc. will be part of your responsibilities. For example, when going through the SOC2 process, you will lead it from the Engineering perspective. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Be responsible for hiring our team, coaching, mentoring, and managing team performance - Design and architect a world-class, reliable, high-performant technology platform - Ensure security, compliance, etc. with internal and external organizations/stakeholders You will also play a crucial role in establishing and building a culture, acting as a role model, and setting up a world-class team in India. Your tasks will include helping hire talent, and being the site leader for any BU based out of India.
