Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Program Manager at Adopt AI, located in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will oversee and manage cross-functional technical programs, collaborate closely with customers, engineers, and design teams, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Responsibilities include defining project requirements, developing execution plans, identifying risks, and coordinating resources. Additionally, the Technical Program Manager will serve as a key communicator between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress toward organizational goals. Qualifications Communication is key requirement. • Program Management and Project Management experience to lead cross-functional teams and drive project execution • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data-driven insights and decision-making • Proficiency in Software Development and familiarity with development methodologies • Expertise in Product Management, including defining requirements and aligning project objectives with business goals • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills • Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline • Experience working in AI, machine learning, or SaaS product environments is a notable advantage
