The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between client-facing teams, partner organizations, and engineering teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and successful delivery outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Participate in client meetings and discovery calls to understand business and technical requirements • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies and client-facing teams • Translate business requirements into clear technical and functional specifications • Align internal development teams with client expectations and project goals • Identify technical dependencies, risks, and considerations early in the lifecycle • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery • Communicate status updates to stakeholders • Support scope clarification and requirement discussions throughout the project Must-Have Skills • 8+ years of overall experience with at least 3+ years in Program Management • Experience in partner-driven delivery models or outsourcing environments • Strong technical background (prior experience as Developer, Tech Lead, or Solution Engineer preferred) • Solid understanding of technical architecture, APIs, integrations, and workflows • Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder discussions • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (BA, QA, Dev, etc.) • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Good to Have • Agile / Scrum experience • Exposure to technical documentation and solution design • Knowledge of cloud technologies • Experience with tools like Jira or similar PM tools • Understanding of AI/ML, automation, or modern web architecture • Experience managing multiple projects and distributed teams What We’re Looking For • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills • Ability to drive conversations with both technical and non-technical audiences • Ownership mindset with accountability • Excellent coordination and organizational skills If you are passionate about driving complex programs, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact solutions, we would love to connect.
