Technical Project Manager (TPM) | 8+ Years | Full-Time | Pune We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives, driving alignment between business and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Project Delivery & Execution • Own project lifecycle including planning, execution, timelines, budgets, and governance • Manage risks, dependencies, and ensure smooth releases and production readiness 🔹 Technical Coordination • Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, integrations, and technical delivery • Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and track dependencies 🔹 Stakeholder Management • Drive executive communication through status reports, dashboards, and governance forums • Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure cross-team alignment 🔹 Agile Delivery • Lead Agile/Scrum practices including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and ceremonies • Track delivery metrics (velocity, burndown) and drive continuous improvement 🔹 Risk & Quality Management • Identify and mitigate risks; manage escalations and issue resolution • Ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to best practices and standards
