Preferred Skills • Hands-on experience with software development in .NET, React, and MSSQL. • PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus. • Experience managing distributed teams is desirable. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes and strong relationships with both customers and team members. Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor progress and ensure alignment with goals. • Team Leadership: Guide and support development teams working with .NET, React, and MSSQL. Foster collaboration and maintain high team morale. • Customer Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and requirements. • Technical Expertise: Drive technical discussions with customers and team members to resolve issues, define solutions, and ensure technical excellence. • Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively. • Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with customer expectations. • Reporting: Share comprehensive reports to internal and external stakeholders.
