Technical Project Manager, Customer Engineering Remote – India | Full-time | ₹10–12 LPA About KAVIA AI KAVIA AI is an enterprise software company building AI-powered products for complex software delivery workflows. Our platform helps teams work across large codebases and move more effectively from requirements and architecture through implementation, testing, release, and ongoing maintenance. We work closely with enterprise customers and engineering teams on real delivery problems, with a strong focus on execution, quality, and clarity. The Role You will own the operating rhythm for customer-facing technical delivery at KAVIA. This role sits at the intersection of customer delivery, engineering coordination, and execution management. You will help turn ambiguity into a clear plan, keep technical work on track, identify delivery risk early, and make sure customer-facing engineering work is executed with discipline. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can create structure, drive follow-through, and improve how delivery happens over time. What You’ll Do • Own execution for technical initiatives such as onboarding, integrations, workflow adoption, rollout planning, and delivery coordination • Translate ambiguity into clear execution artifacts, including scope, milestones, owners, acceptance criteria, timelines, and definition of done • Run a strong delivery cadence across Jira, Confluence, Slack, and GitHub, including weekly status, risk tracking, dependency follow-up, and action closure • Surface risks early, drive escalation when needed, and propose concrete options to unblock progress • Improve release readiness through lightweight quality gates, readiness checks, and better sequencing across teams • Strengthen delivery processes through templates, checklists, dashboards, retrospectives, and clearer handoffs • Keep internal and customer-facing status updates accurate, specific, and action-oriented What Success Looks Like in 60–90 Days • Workstreams have clear scope, owners, timelines, and tracked dependencies • Delivery risks are identified earlier and escalated more effectively • Release readiness improves, with fewer last-minute surprises • Stakeholders trust status reporting because it is clear, accurate, and useful • Delivery operations become more repeatable through better structure and follow-through What We’re Looking For • 3–6 years of experience in technical project management, engineering program management, delivery management, or technical operations • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, developer tools, or technical services environments • Strong ability to drive outcomes without formal authority • Excellent written communication and strong operational discipline • Comfort working across engineering and customer stakeholders • Familiarity with SDLC, release management, dependency management, and quality processes • Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and GitHub • Ability to work India hours with some overlap with US teams when needed Nice to Have • Experience in customer engineering, implementation, solutions delivery, or professional services for software products • Experience supporting production SaaS or enterprise software releases • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, incident follow-ups, or post-release issue management Why Join KAVIA AI • Work on meaningful enterprise engineering problems in a fast-moving AI software company • Collaborate directly with senior leadership and customer-facing technical teams • Build leverage by improving not just individual projects, but the delivery system itself • Grow into broader ownership across delivery, customer operations, and technical execution How to Apply Please send: • Your resume • Your LinkedIn profile • A short example of a delivery situation that was off track, what you changed, and what improved
