A seasoned Technical Project Manager responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of product features within an established product development environment. The role involves managing multiple cross-functional pods comprising developers, architects, QA, and UX teams to ensure smooth execution, timely releases, and alignment with business objectives. Requires strong technical understanding, hands-on Agile delivery experience, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable work for engineering teams. Key Highlights • Lead full product development lifecycle—from requirement discovery to production release. • Gather and validate requirements from business stakeholders; convert into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs. • Own and prioritize product backlogs across multiple pods based on value, risk, and dependencies. • Work closely with UX, architects, and engineering to deliver scalable and user-focused solutions. • Drive all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives. • Track sprint progress, identify blockers, mitigate delivery risks, and ensure quality outcomes. • Coordinate with QA teams for end-to-end and regression testing. • Manage release planning, documentation, and proactive stakeholder communication. • Ensure seamless collaboration across multiple pods in a continuous product enhancement environment. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business. • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Project Management, or Business Analysis. • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. • Proficiency in writing user stories, functional specs, and handling enterprise applications. • Experience in Java/Angular/AWS-based product environments. Preferred Skills • Experience with ADO, Rally, Confluence, Figma. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-pod Agile product development setups.
