About the Role We’re looking for a highly driven Technical Project Manager with strong billing domain expertise to lead complex, high-impact implementations for global customers. This is a critical, customer-facing role where you will own delivery outcomes and directly influence customer success. What You’ll Own • End-to-end delivery of complex billing and revenue management implementations • Direct engagement with global enterprise customers (US, APAC, Europe) • Driving solution discussions across subscription models, usage-based billing, and integrations • Managing cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, QA, and Customer Success • Ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery while proactively managing risks and escalations • Leading customer calls, demos, and executive-level updates What Makes You a Fit • 8–10 years of experience in technical project management or delivery • Strong hands-on experience with billing / subscription / revenue management platforms • Proven track record working with multinational clients (must-have) • Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows • Ability to operate in high-pressure, customer-facing environments • Strong ownership mindset and bias for execution Bonus Points • Telecom, OTT, or SaaS billing experience • Exposure to platforms like Zuora, Chargebee, Recurly, or similar • PMP / Scrum certification
