About the job

Technical Project Manager position will lead the cross functional teams to develop products. Your Key Responsibilities • The coordination & planning of the system design work products in the product development (main work products are: feasibility study, system requirement engineering, Test Management, System architecture and design, diagnostic concept, functional and technical safety concept etc) • The clarification and definition of the technical content of all system design work products across all engineering disciplines • Leading regular project status review meeting, project core team meeting and the change control board • The regular monitoring of progress in system design work products & definition of countermeasures in case of progress limitations • The change management & problem resolution management specific to the content of the system design work products • The configuration management for the work products (configuration items) of system engineering discipline • The risk management specific to overall project deliveries involving all involved engineering disciplines • Preparation of system design work products for the participation in gate reviews • Preparation of system milestone reviews in technical terms Your Qualifications • Masters/bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Automotive System Engineering/Software development/ E/E Hardware development • Proven skills working on multi-location projects and multi-cultural matrix team • Very good team player, ability to work with Multi disciplinary departments • System knowledge in Thermal management for Powertrain products. Knowledge on powertrain system, its architecture and sub-functions • Knowledge of system integration or requirement Engineering or test designs or system architectural design are added advantage. • Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle Process, quality management and metrics • Knowledge of implementing ASPICE as well as facing ASPICE assessments (experience of being assessed in an external ASPICE assessment would be an added advantage) • Independent and goal-oriented working method, ability to prioritize and structuring • Knowledge on tools such as IMS, Jira, confluence, Polarian
