Description :We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong full-stack technology background to lead the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications and services. This role requires a hands-on understanding of modern Microsoft-based technology stacks, strong Agile execution capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver complex legal technology solutions. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and performance. Key Responsibilities : - Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of full-stack web applications and backend services. - Lead project planning, scope definition, estimation, scheduling, and risk management activities. - Work closely with engineering teams developing solutions using ASP.NET Core, C#, Angular, REST APIs, SQL Server, Azure Services, and Windows Services. - Translate business and legal-domain requirements into clear technical deliverables and execution plans. - Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Track project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks and issues. - Coordinate across engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and architectural best practices. - Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and delivery reports to senior stakeholders. - Support production releases, post-deployment monitoring, and issue resolution. - Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes and team efficiency. Required Skills & Experience : - 6- 10 years of experience in technical project or program management roles. - Strong understanding of full-stack application development using : 1. ASP. NET Core, C# 2. Angular 3. RESTful APIs 4. SQL Server 5. Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.) 6. Windows Services - Proven experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Solid technical background enabling effective collaboration with architects and developers. - Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to balance technical depth with delivery ownership. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience delivering solutions in legal tech, compliance, or regulated domains. - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments. - Exposure to microservices architectures and distributed systems. - PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
