Must have skills required: Twilio, LLM, ML, Technical Project Management, Agile, Docker, Kubernetes, Python Audena is Looking for: JD 1: Technical Project Manager (AI Voice Platform) Job Type: Full-time Role: Technical Project Manager / Technical Product Owner About The Role We are building a next-generation AI Voice Call Agent platform that automates workflows such as COD verification, upsell, cross-sell, reminders, surveys, and more. We need a strong Technical Project Manager who can translate product vision into actionable plans, lead engineering teams, and drive fast, high-quality execution. Key Responsibilities • Translate product vision into a clear technical roadmap and sprint plans • Lead engineering teams (AI/ML + Backend) and drive day-to-day execution • Define technical requirements, workflows, and architecture documentation • Manage timelines, delivery quality, and release processes • Collaborate closely with the founder and business team on new use cases • Coordinate with external vendors and ensure smooth integrations • Conduct daily standups, weekly reviews, and delivery reporting • Prioritize features based on product and market needs • Contribute to building a scalable, stable, real-time AI voice calling system • Prepare demos, prototypes, and feature releases for investors and clients Required Skills • Speech technologies (STT, TTS) • LLM-based conversational systems • Real-time streaming APIs • Backend architectures (microservices, APIs, databases) • Hands-on understanding of Docker, Git, CI/CD, cloud or on-prem deployment • Experience leading engineering teams • Strong communication and documentation skills • Ability to think product-first and prioritize effectively Preferred Background • Technical PM / Engineering Manager / Senior Developer • Experience in AI voice systems, call automation, or SaaS • Startup experience is a strong plus How to apply for this opportunity? • Step 1: Click On Apply!
