ML Tools, Enterprise, Ownership, Azure Environment, Inventory Planning, IT operations, OSD platforms, SAP Business One, MySQL, Python, RESTAPI US based Manufacturing is Looking for: Technical Project Manager We are looking for a senior, hands-on systems owner who can both run day-to-day IT operations and lead automation and integration work. Current stack and priorities • SAP Business One (SQL-backed), upgrading from v9 to v10 • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) • Azure environment awareness • Moving from Azure VM–based access to Cisco VPN–based connectivity Upcoming integrations: • Inventory planning system (StockIQ) • Banking and batch ACH automation (bank or intermediary such as Mercury) • OSD automation platform (e.g., Glimpse) What This Role Owns • Tier 1/2 IT support and user onboarding/offboarding for US staff • Technical ownership of ERP upgrade support and post-go-live stabilization • SQL-based data validation and troubleshooting • Python-based automation that replaces manual workflows • Ongoing support and monitoring of system integrations • Applied AI/LLM usage (e.g., ChatGPT) to accelerate automation, troubleshooting, and documentation Non-negotiables • Strong SQL and strong Python, used in production • Prior involvement in an ERP upgrade or major system transition • Comfortable owning integrations and fixing broken workflows • US business hours, embedded long-term We are not looking for a helpdesk-only profile or a purely strategic IT manager.
