Technical Sales Demo Training Specialist

About the job

We are looking for a hands-on professional based in Bengaluru who can: • Conduct live product demonstrations • Deliver on-site training to housekeeping and facility teams • Support technical sales by solving real cleaning problems • Build relationships with facility managers, site teams, and decision-makers Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Product Demonstrations & Problem Solving - Conduct live demos of cleaning chemicals at client sites - Address real issues such as: • Hard water & limescale • Rust & stains • Carpet spots • Bathroom odour - Show before vs after results clearly to clients 2. Training & Implementation - Train housekeeping and facility teams on: • Product usage • Correct dilution methods • Areas of application • Safety precautions • MSDS understanding Ideal Candidate Profile: 1. Must-Have Experience (Any One): • Sales or technical role in cleaning chemicals / hygiene solutions • Training role with a facility management company • Worked with brands like Diversey, Ecolab etc. • Ex-housekeeping trainer or site-level technical expert 2. Skills Required: • Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals & applications • Comfortable conducting demos in front of clients • Confident training large housekeeping teams • Good communication in English + local language • Problem-solving mindset 3.
