Please find the details below: Position: Technical Sales Executive Department: Sales Location: Gurgaon (On-site) Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM About the Role Wilyer Private Limited is looking for a confident and technically sound professional to drive sales by understanding client technical requirements and offering suitable solutions. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining technical services, handling product demonstrations, and coordinating with internal technical teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable discussing technical concepts with clients and converting requirements into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls and respond to technical inquiries • Understand client technical requirements and propose suitable solutions • Deliver product/service presentations and demos • Coordinate with internal technical teams for feasibility and execution • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings • Maintain follow-ups with prospects • Update CRM and submit daily activity reports Required Skills: • Strong communication and technical explanation skills • Basic understanding of IT/technical services (preferred) • Ability to understand client requirements and provide solutions • Good negotiation and objection-handling ability • Basic knowledge of CRM tools • Target-driven and self-motivated mindset Eligibility: • Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred) • 1–3 years of experience in technical sales preferred • Freshers with strong communication and technical understanding may apply Performance Metrics (KPIs): • Meetings/Demo bookings • Lead conversion ratio • Monthly revenue target • CRM reporting accuracy Compensation: • Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month (based on experience) • Performance-Based Incentives (Attractive earning potential)
