The role involves managing technical sales activities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include handling account management, providing technical support, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Technical Sales Manager will play a critical role in identifying sales opportunities, presenting solutions, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Qualifications: • Proven experience in Technical Sales and Sales, with the ability to present technical solutions effectively • Strong Account Management skills, including maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction • Technical Support experience, with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs • Exceptional Customer Service skills to build trust and credibility with clients • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in project management and sales strategy development • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field • Background in construction chemicals or geotechnical applications is a strong advantage
