As a Technical Specialist in Gen AI, you will serve as the subject matter expert on AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other relevant domains. Responsibilities: - • Create GenAI technical strategy and build frameworks and accelerators to help customers • Should research and create technical roadmap for Healthcare customers. • Possess an unparalleled understanding of core AI and GenAI concepts – machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, generative models, and more. • Stay at the forefront of AI/GenAI advancements, identifying and championing new applications for our business. • Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. • Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI and GenAI solutions across various domains. • Must have exposure of implementing AI projects in Healthcare space. • Oversee the entire AI/GenAI development lifecycle, from problem definition to model deployment and performance monitoring. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions within our products and workflows. • Advocate for responsible AI practices and ensure adherence to ethical guidelines. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Analyze and optimize AI model performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
