About the job
As a Technical Training Specialist at AURIC City, Bidkin, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, you will play a crucial role in the Training & Development Team under Talent Management in POPS* at Ather. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, facilitate, support, implement, and evaluate all technical training programs at Athers factories to enhance the skills of team members, especially associates. Your precision in execution will be key as you spend your time in the Dojo and on the shop floor, ensuring every associate is trained, tested, and certified to Athers high standards. You will be pivotal in ensuring that the training plan becomes a reality each day. • *Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end technical training including Training Needs Identification, Content creation, Annual Training calendar, Assessments, and Delivery following the 70-20-10 model. - Lead high-volume facilitation of technical training modules and Dojo exercises for new associates and apprentices. - Own the execution of the training calendar and ensure all necessary resources are prepared for each session with zero downtime. - Maintain the technical skills matrix, accurately log training hours, and record assessments in real-time. - Provide direct support for on-the-job training to monitor the transition from Dojo to the production line. - Coordinate the assessment and technical grooming of apprentices to build a future talent pipeline for the plant. - Contribute to the design and rollout of high-impact learning journeys for career progression of associates. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Training & Development initiatives. • *Experience and Qualifications:** - Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical Engineering. - Experience: 35 years in a manufacturing training setup (Automotive/OEM preferred).
