Key to success lies in effective management of human capital. A seasoned professional with minimum 4 years experience in Oracle Fusion HCM is required to spearhead our techno-functional support. Responsibilities include: • Proven expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management modules, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety and HR Help Desk • Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS will be advantageous • Strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud is essential • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success • The ideal candidate will lead the development of best practices for efficient Techno-functional support across enterprise business processes.
