We are seeking an experienced Technology Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives that support our banking operations and digital transformation goals. The successful candidate will manage large-scale programs involving multiple technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs involving multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams. - Develop comprehensive program roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans. - Manage program budgets ranging from $5M-$50M+ with accountability for ROI and cost optimization. - Coordinate dependencies across multiple projects and technology platforms. - Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including steering committees and executive reporting. - Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to drive program success. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
