This is a great opportunity to sharpen your technical skills, collaborate with industry experts, and gain insight into the world of technology and analytics. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Writing, testing, and debugging code under the guidance of experienced developers. - Assisting in the development and maintenance of software applications. - Participating in code reviews, team discussions, and Agile development workflows. - Learning and applying best practices in software engineering and DevOps. - Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to identify trends and insights. - Assisting in building dashboards and reports for business stakeholders. - Learning how to write SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis. - Supporting predictive modeling and data-driven decision-making initiatives. • *Qualifications Required:** - Availability: Must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week during East Coast business hours (Monday - Friday). - Ideally, candidates should be able to commit to 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship. - Remote Work Requirements: A private and reliable internet connection is required. - Must be located in the United States (for tax purposes). International applicants will not be considered. - Technical Skills (Depending on Role): - Software Development Track: Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.). - Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub). - Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles. - Exposure to web development, cloud computing, or databases is a plus. - Data & Analytics Track: Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data querying and analysis. - Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio). - Knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis. - Understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks is a plus. - Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a willingness to learn new technologies. • *Additional Company Details:** - Compensation & Benefits: Hourly rate: $15 per hour. - Hands-on experience with real-world technology and data projects. - Exposure to modern tools, frameworks, and industry best practices. - Networking opportunities and potential for future career growth within the company. - Mentorship and training from experienced professionals in software development and data analytics. • Note: The application process requires submission of a cover letter explaining your interest in the internship, along with your resume.
