Hiring | Tele-Caller / Credit Executive – Credit Collection Department We are currently hiring Tele-Callers / Credit Executives for our Credit Collection Department. 📍 Work Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru 🕘 Shift: General Shift 💰 Compensation: • ₹18,000 Take-Home Salary • ₹3,000 Variable Pay (Performance-based) 🗣 Language Requirements: • Kannada – Mandatory • English – Mandatory • Telugu & Hindi – Preferred 🔹 Job Role & Responsibilities: • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments • Handle inbound & outbound collection calls • Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups • Ensure timely collection and customer resolution • Adhere to company collection policies and compliance 🎓 Eligibility: • Any graduate / PUC / 12th pass • Prior experience in tele-calling or credit collections is an added advantage • Good communication and negotiation skills • Willingness to work from office
